Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate (LMHCA) who is passionate about helping people heal parts of themselves that negatively impact daily functioning and loves to watch the freedom that emerges during the healing journey. She has experience in working with those who experience anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Natalie works with individuals and couples and is an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Her counseling theory is eclectic as she tends to weave Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy through various sessions.
